Messages are reviewed by Troels Hedegaard. A reply will be sent as soon as reasonably practical, but the beta does not currently offer a guaranteed response-time or support SLA.
For account or privacy requests, send the message from the email tied to your pergrn account when possible. Additional verification may be requested before account data is disclosed or changed.
Before sending sensitive information
Do not send magic links, passwords, Vercel or Expo tokens, database credentials, private project content, or unnecessary personal data by email. A safer way to provide diagnostic detail can be arranged if it is needed.
