Agreement and operator
These terms are an agreement between you and Troels Hedegaard, operator of pergrn. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy policy.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If applicable law requires permission from a parent, guardian, employer, or other account owner, you must have that permission.
The beta service
pergrn is a project-portfolio workspace for organizing project metadata, notes, links, activity, collaboration, research, and optional integrations. The product is in beta, so features can change, be interrupted, or be removed as it develops.
The complete current workspace is offered at no charge during beta. There is no paid plan, checkout, lifetime-free promise, or guarantee about future pricing today. Any future paid offering will be described when it actually exists.
Your account
- Provide an email address you are authorized to use.
- Keep magic links, sessions, and connected-service tokens private.
- Use one account only in ways permitted by these terms.
- Notify trolz@hey.com if you believe your account or integration is compromised.
- Remain responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Your content
You retain ownership of project names, descriptions, notes, links, research inputs, uploads, feedback, and other content you provide. You grant pergrn a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and modify that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service or comply with law.
You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload or share content and for avoiding secrets, unlawful content, or personal data you are not authorized to process. Project logos and banners are stored in public buckets and must not contain confidential material.
Collaboration
Project owners can invite people by email. Accepted collaborators can see and edit the shared project's metadata, notes, and links and can see project member emails and live presence. Sharing one project does not intentionally grant access to the owner's entire portfolio.
Owners are responsible for choosing invitees and revoking access when appropriate. Collaborators must use shared content only for the purpose for which access was granted.
Optional integrations
If you connect Vercel or Expo, you authorize pergrn to validate and use the supplied access token to retrieve deployment or build data for configured projects. Use a token with the minimum scope you need and disconnect it when it is no longer required.
Third-party services have their own terms, availability, and security practices. pergrn is not responsible for changes, outages, or actions controlled by those providers.
AI research
When you start AI research, your research name, brain dump, search context, and generated findings are processed by the AI and search providers described in the Privacy policy. Do not submit access tokens, confidential client information, or highly sensitive personal data.
Generated findings and web results can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. They are not legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice. Verify important information independently before acting on it.
Acceptable use
You may not use pergrn to:
- Break the law or infringe another person's rights.
- Access an account, project, system, or data without permission.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, overload, or bypass service protections.
- Harvest personal data, spam people, or abuse collaboration invites.
- Reverse engineer or automate against the service in a way that harms other users or infrastructure, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use the service or generated output to cause harm or make prohibited automated decisions about people.
Changes, suspension, and termination
You can stop using pergrn at any time. Current product controls let you remove many individual items and optional integrations; full account deletion currently requires a request to trolz@hey.com.
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.
Service availability and warranties
pergrn is provided on an “as is” and “as available” beta basis. No promise is made that it will always be available, error-free, secure against every threat, or suitable for a particular purpose. You should keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Troels Hedegaard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the beta service, third-party services, or generated research. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected, including mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Denmark. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or forums available under the law of your country of residence.
Before filing a claim, please contact trolz@hey.com so the issue can be considered in good faith.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as the beta develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new last-updated date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice. Questions can be sent to trolz@hey.com.
